Reservation Policies
Rate conditions
- Rates are in US dollars and do not include taxes.
- Rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night.
- There is a charge for an extra person in the room of $25 USD.(tax not included)
- Children under 12 years of age stay for free (Sharing Existing beds).
- Breakfast not included.
- Free Wi-Fi & Parking Lot.
- A/C during the night (6pm to 7am )
* The Mexican Federal Tax Law for Sales are 16% + 3% Lodging.
Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation and reservations Policy.
- No shows will be charged full stay, including taxes.
- Smoking outside only.
- Villa Pescadores is a dog friendly place but they are not allowed in the restaurant area. Dogs must be supervised/looked after at all time.
- We are not handicap accessible.
- Check in time is at 3:00 pm
- Check out time is at noon 12:00 pm
If you do not check out by 6:00 pm local time you will be charged with a full day.
- CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED AT HOTEL: Visa, Master Card and American express.
Reservations Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm
