    HOTEL POLICIES

    -  Check-in time is at 15:00
    -  Check-out time is at 12:00

    * If your room is available before 15:00 we are happy to check you in immediately, otherwise we will store your luggage and give you beach towels so you can relax at the beach in the meantime. 

    * Late check-out requests have to be confirmed and are subject to room availability.

    * If you do not check out by 6:00 pm (local time) you will be charged with a full day.

    -  Smoking outside only.
    -  Children are welcome.
    -  Not handicap accessible. 
    -  Dogs are welcome under supervision at all times 
    (not in the restaurant area).

    RESERVATION POLICIES

    -  Rates are in US dollars and do not include taxes.
    -  Rates are subject to 16% VAT & 3% Lodging tax.
    -  Rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night.
    -  Extra person has a charge of $25 USD/night plus taxes.
    -  Extra person on Peack Season $50 USD / night plus taxes.
    -  Breakfast is not included.
    -  Children under 12 years old stay for free. 
    -  Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card and Amex.
    -  No shows will be charged full stay, including taxes. 

    * A reservation is considered 100% confirmed once the hotel charges your card with the total cost of your reservation.

    * Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy, found during the online reservation process.
